During the purchase and personalisation process for your book, we may collect:Contact and payment details: name, email, shipping address (when applicable), processed through the Stripe payment platform.Personalisation details: character names, characteristics, and photographs (including, where applicable, photographs of children), as well as story details shared through the Tally form.Browsing data: basic technical information generated through use of the site (e.g. via hosting tools such as Carrd).
3. How We Use Your Data
The data collected is used exclusively to:- Process your order and payment;
- Create your personalised book, based on the information and photographs submitted;
- Communicate with you about the status of your order;
- Deliver your final book, digitally or by post.We do not use your data for direct marketing without your explicit consent, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Who We Share Your Data With
To process your order, we share information with the following service providers, strictly to the extent necessary:- Stripe (payment processing);
- Tally (collection of the personalisation form);
- Canva (production of printed books, when applicable);
- CTT (shipping of printed books, when applicable).These providers act as data processors and are subject to their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Photographs and data submitted in the personalisation form: deleted after the final book has been delivered to the customer.
- The final book file (PDF): retained by Enlevo Atelier, to allow for future requests for additional copies of the same story.
- Billing data: retained for the period required by law for tax purposes.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate data;
- Request deletion of your data (except for the legal retention period for tax records);
- Object to the processing of your data;
- Lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (CNPD), if you believe your rights have not been respected.
